Interior Smart came highly recommended to Oxford Innovation so when they wanted to open up a satellite office in the South West they immediately brought them in. Interior Smart’s extensive expertise was fully utilised to plan and deliver the full refurbishment of an old chapel into state of the art office accommodation.

Project – Oxford Innovations leads the way in providing business support services and mentoring to start up and growing companies. A bold, confident and professional office environment is essential to their business. Interior Smart were invited to visit Oxford Innovations new premises in Summer 2009, to assess and quote on the full refurbishment of the existing space to provide conference facilities, meeting rooms, office workspace, a kitchen and adequate storage space. Anthony Gilbert, Head of Interior Smart took up the brief.

Planning – Interior Smart produced full CAD plans for the satellite office and detailed quotations within a matter of days as timescales were extremely tight. Oxford Innovations were delighted with their proposals and quickly commissioned them to start work.

Delivering – the fantastic new premises ,which would house Oxford Innovation’s Grow Cornwall team, were completed in autumn 2009. Interior Smart installed high spec and design conscious office furniture, including wave and radial desks and seating. To maximise the space available and enable flexibility of use of the conference facilities they installed modular furniture. Interior Smart also provided a system of steel storage units with sliding doors, extremely sturdy and secure.
